The mixer has a electricity heating jacket,it also has a limpet coil cooling jacket on the heating jacket to cool it if necessary.

The advantage is achieve both heating and cooling two functions.

However,compared with heating speed,the cooling speed can not be fast.Because it should cool the hot oil at first and the limpet coil heat transfer area is really very small.

So that it can only be used for slow cooling or small temperature difference cooling (heating temperature is not high).
