The reactor is the main equipment of the reaction device. There are different classification and naming methods for reactors.
1. As mentioned above, the reactors can be named as alkyd resin reactors, amino resin reactors, emulsion reactors, etc. according to the final products to be made.
2. It can be called alcoholysis reactor, esterification reactor, polymerization reactor, etc. according to the reaction carried out.
3. It can also be called high temperature resin reactor (150~300℃) and low temperature resin reactor (60~150℃) according to the reaction temperature.
4. It is customary to classify and name from the manufacturing materials, mainly including carbon steel reactors, composite steel plate reactors, stainless steel reactors and glass-lined reactors.
