Features of this production line:

1. According to the different types of coatings and paints and the different requirements for fineness, you can choose a vertical sand mill or a horizontal sand mill.
In principle, vertical sand mills are suitable for exterior wall coatings or metallic paints for steel structures, and horizontal sand mills are suitable for interior wall coatings.

2. The raw materials contacting part is stainless steel 304, which can fully meet the production needs of water-based or oil-based paint.

1)Water based acrylic emulsion/latex paints (1 to 3 years, 3 to 5 years, 5 to 8 years, 8 years or more of various grades of internal and external wall latex paints, primers, etc.). There are matt latex paint, bright latex paint, elastic latex Paint etc.)

2)Paste type (it can produce high-gloss imitation porcelain paint, crystal tempered paint, interior wall putty paste, exterior wall putty paste, elastic putty paste, etc.)

3)Glues (can produce master glue, interior wall glue, exterior wall glue, gypsum powder glue, talcum powder glue, polymer glue, special glue for black and white cement, etc.)

In addition, the line can produce the following products by adding auxiliary equipment:

1)Putty powder (can produce interior wall putty powder, exterior wall putty powder, elastic putty powder, flexible putty powder, etc.)

2)Mortar (can produce thermal insulation mortar, bonding mortar, plastering mortar, etc.)
