Part One: What is three roller grinding mill?
The grinding effect is achievedthrough the mutual extrusion of the surfaces of the three horizontal rollers and the friction at different speeds, so that it is called a three-rollmachine.
Part Two: Working principle
The three roller mill has 3 pcs of rollers, based on their different rotation speeds, we usually called it slow roller,medium roller and fast roller.
The paste material is fed from the similar hopper area composed of two medium and slow rollers and two baffle plates.
The opposite asynchronous rotation of the medium and slowest two rollers causes the sharp friction reaction of the raw material, and the strong shearing external force destroys the inner material of the material particles.
Structural stress between molecules, and then through the secondary grinding of medium and fastest rollers, so as to achieve rapid grinding and dispersion.
