1. Grease filling machine (cold filling type,commonest type)
1) When you finish one batch of lubricant grease,you might discharge into 180kg drum for natural cooling,this is the commonest method.You can fill it into different package buckets according to user's demands.
2) Hot grease has better fluidity, and in a continuous production line, this allows for quick emptying of the degassing tank to prepare for the next batch of grease degassing.
3) Also,under cold-refilling conditions, the grease exhibits superior visual characteristics—such as a bright "donut" effect.
2. Grease filling machine (hot filling type)
1) For the grease making line,it includes the heating reactor,cooling tank,homogenizer and degassing tank.
2) When you finish one batch of lubricant grease, you choose to directly fill the hot grease (>50 Celcius even 70 Celcius) into small can or medium package pail (5-18L), we usually call it "hot filling".
3）Since hot filling bypasses the various extrusion stages typically involved in the grease filling machine process, the resulting grease does not possess a highly glossy appearance. This distinction in appearance between cold-refilled and hot-filled products is particularly pronounced in greases formulated with naphthenic base oils.

Why do we need the grease filling machine?
Given the widespread application of lubricating grease, end users have a diverse array of packaging requirements tailored to various usage scenarios—ranging from large 180kg drums and medium-sized 5–18kg pails to small 0.1–2kg containers, 400g cartridges, 350g and 700g spring-loaded cartridges, and even flexible packaging formats such as plastic bags, "sausage-style" soft packs, pouches with spouts, and toothpaste-style tubes.
